Our cooling tune-up covers coil cleaning, refrigerant charge verification using superheat/subcool methods, inspection of line insulation and brazed joints, testing of capacitors and contactors, measurement of compressor and blower motor amperage, clearing and treating the condensate drain, pan sanitation, thermostat calibration, temperature-split checks, duct connection inspection, and filter replacement or washing.

For heating, we inspect ignition systems, burners, and flame sensors; verify gas pressure; perform a visual heat exchanger assessment; check flue draft and measure CO; test safety limits; and validate blower performance. Heat pumps receive defrost and reversing valve checks; electric heaters get element and sequencer tests; and ductless systems receive coil and blower wheel cleaning. We also tighten electrical connections, lubricate applicable bearings, verify system controls, and document findings.
